Halyna Klym: Doctor of technical sciences


Halyna Klym, Doctor of technical sciences, is a repeated winner of student scientific and practical conferences, all-Ukrainian Olympiads, a scholar of the University of Applied Sciences of Schweinfurt (Germany), Academy of Yana Dlugosha (Czestochowa, Poland) within the framework of the scholarship program of the International Vise grad Fund.

Among its achievements are grants from the President of Ukraine to support research, as well as grants to participate in the International School of Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy (Sicily, Italy) with the assistance of NATO and the International School NFFA (Barcelona, Spain).

The scientist investigates sensory elements based on chalcogenide glass and oxide ceramics. They are used in many areas of human activity, in particular in the food and light industry, agriculture, the oil and gas industry, medicine, meteorology...

She works on creation of miniature highly reliable sensors based on chalcogenide glasses and their implementation in intelligent information-measuring complexes, in particular in unmanned and robotic systems.
